20 Reasons To Geocache During The Season Of Autumn
Autumn has got to be one of my favorite seasons. I love starting the fall with "sweater weather" and bonfires and ending the late fall with winter coats and hot chocolates. Sounds perfect if you ask me! Because I love Autumn so much I wanted to share 20 reasons on why Autumn is the best season, in my opinion, 😊 I've gathered pictures from the recent Geocaching adventures we have experienced all through Autumn 2017.

Every Autumn there is a blanket of color that falls upon us, ever wonder why the leaves change from green to red, purple, orange or yellow? It's the result of chemical processes that take place in the tree as the seasons change from summer to winter. Thanks to this change of chemical the world gets covered in amazing colors. In the fall with the reduced amount of daylight and the change of temperature, the leaves stop their food-making process. The chlorophyll breaks down, the green color disappears and the yellow, orange colors become visible and nature creates a beautiful portrait for all of us to see.
